Multi-language Questionnaires
Country Specific policy systems
Meplis Research Solution
In this project we used a multi-tenant setup; every country has a tenant that has a language and a policy system. Inside every tenant, we had up to 20 different pathways, one for each hospital in that country. Every hospital had its own QR code and invite URL to distribute the survey internally.
Participants could sign up or complete the questionnaires anonymously. The interfaces were available in all languages. We used one core questionnaire that was cloned for each country, maintaining variable encoding, and official translations were added with Meplis’ translation system.
Every country still had country-specific questions and/or pathways in each tenant could add country-specific questions. All data was exported daily during the research periods to allow for close monitoring of response rates.
